1. Controller and contact
Jintana Saengnil (Nana) is responsible for the processing by NPD TRAVEL & SERVICE described here. Address: 18 Moo 9, Ban Khlong Krabueng, Mueang Sa Kaeo, Sa Kaeo 27000, Thailand. Privacy enquiries can be made on LINE jintana4353 or in writing to this address.
2. Visiting the website
When you visit the website, technical connection data is processed, such as your IP address, requested URL including query parameters, time, and browser and device information. This is used to deliver the pages, troubleshoot errors and maintain security. The website is published using OpenAI Sites; Cloudflare is used for the domain and technical delivery. Images and typography are provided without embedded external font libraries.
The website also logs page views and LINE contact clicks with the partner code, programme code, source medium and language. These technical events are not confirmed bookings. The website code does not embed advertising pixels or analytics scripts such as Google Analytics.
3. Language and source code
When an explicit language preference is supplied, the g3_language cookie stores your choice of German, English or Thai for up to one year. You can delete or block it in your browser; the website remains usable and then follows the URL or browser language.
A source value from the m or ref parameters is stored as npd_source in your browser's sessionStorage for the browser session. The partner code, source medium and language also appear in the prepared enquiry text so Nana can identify the source. The website code does not create a personal visitor profile for this purpose.
4. Enquiries on LINE
The website has no booking or contact form. Clicking the contact link opens LINE, where the LINE / LY Corporation privacy policy also applies. NPD TRAVEL & SERVICE receives your message only when you send it yourself. Profile and contact details and the information you provide are used to answer and handle your enquiry.
The “Copy enquiry” function writes the prepared text to your clipboard only after you click it. You can edit it or remove the source code before sending. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or health information in an initial non-binding enquiry.
5. Bookings and disclosure
For a booking, we process necessary details, including name, contact information, participant numbers, dates, meeting point, and payment or booking information. Further participant details may be needed for the service or insurance. Without required booking details, we may be unable to arrange the relevant service.
Golf instructors, the golf course, transfer providers and, where necessary, insurers receive only the information needed for their respective services. Information required by law may be disclosed to the competent authorities. Visiting the website does not create a customer record or automatically send a booking to a CRM.
6. Purposes and legal grounds
Enquiries and bookings are processed to prepare and deliver the requested services. Secure website operation is based on our legitimate interest in reliable delivery. Legal record-keeping and retention obligations may provide a further basis. If processing requires your consent, we obtain it separately; you can withdraw it for the future. The applicable data protection rules govern processing, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
7. Locations and retention
Programme organisation and enquiry handling take place in Thailand. Hosting and communication services may also process data in other countries. Information about their processing and international transfers is available in the provider notices linked below.
Enquiry and booking data is retained as long as needed for handling requests, delivering services, legal obligations or resolving claims, and then deleted or anonymised. Retention of technical infrastructure logs also depends on the relevant service and its settings. The cookie and session storage periods are described above.
8. Your rights
Depending on the applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. Contact Nana using the details above. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority, in particular Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
9. Provider notices and changes
These notices describe the current website and contact process. They will be updated when features or services change.
